Setting the volume, treble and bass
Use the VOLUME control to set the volume.
♦ Turn the VOLUME control in a clockwise direction to increase the volume.
♦ Turn the VOLUME control anticlockwise to decrease the volume.
Use the TREBLE control to adjust the treble tones. In the centre position (0),
the knob has no audible effect on music playback.
♦ Turn the TREBLE control in a clockwise direction to increase the treble tones.
♦ Turn the TREBLE control anticlockwise to decrease the treble tones.
Use the BASS control to adjust the bass tones. In the centre position (0), the
knob has no audible effect on music playback.
♦ Turn the BASS control in a clockwise direction to increase the bass tones.
♦ Turn the BASS control anticlockwise to decrease the bass tones.
Bluetooth
®
operation
To play audio files via
Bluetooth
®
, the speaker must previously have been
paired with a compatible
Bluetooth ®
playback device.
♦ Move the toggle switch to the ON position. By default,
Bluetooth ®
operation
is activated when you turn on the device and the operating LED flashes blue.
The speaker is now in pairing mode for about 15 minutes. If no connection is
made during this time, the device switches into standby mode (see also section
Power saving mode ).
♦ Set up the
Bluetooth
®
playback device so that it searches for other
Bluetooth
®
devices. A detailed description of how to do this can be found in the operating
instructions for your
Bluetooth
®
playback device.
♦ Select
SBLV 20 A1
from the list of found devices in your
Bluetooth
®
playback
device to pair the two devices. If pairing is successful, you will hear a confirm-
ation melody and the operating LED lights up permanently blue.
♦ Start playback on the
Bluetooth
® playback device. You can either control
the music playback on the
Bluetooth
®
playback device or by using the ,
and buttons on the speaker.
