6.5 Taking pictures
To take a picture proceed as follows:
1. To switch on the camcorder open the LCD monitor (C).
2. To select Photo Mode, press the
MODE
button (S) until a photo camera
( ) appears at the top left of the screen.
3. Press the
record button
(M) to take a photo.

Enlarge or reduce the image with the
zoom buttons
(D) (not in the
resolutions 1080P and QVGA or in Macro Mode).

Change the white balance with the
left navigation button
(L).

Switch the LED light on and off with the
right navigation button
(L).

(F) to activate the Macro Mode.
