11. W arranty of the
HOYER Handel GmbH
Dear Custo mer,
yo ur device is pro vided with a 3 year war-
ranty starting with the purchase date. In the
event o f pro duct defects, yo u are entitled to
statuto ry rights against the vendo r. These
statuto ry rights are no t restricted by o ur war-
ranty presented in the fo llo wing.
W arranty conditions
The warranty perio d starts with the purchase
date. Please keep the o riginal purchase re-
ceipt in a safe place. This do cument is re-
quired to verify the purchase.
If within three years fro m the purchase date
o f this pro duct a material o r facto ry defect
o ccurs, the pro duct will be repaired o r re-
placed by us – at o ur discretio n – free o f
charge to yo u, o r the purchase price will be
refunded. This warranty implies that within
the perio d o f three years the defective de-
vice and the purchase receipt are presented,
including a brief written descriptio n o f the
defect and the time it o ccurred.
If the defect is co vered by o ur warranty, the
repaired o r a new pro duct will be returned
to yo u. No new warranty perio d starts with
a repair o r replacement o f the pro duct.
W arranty period and statutory
claims for defects
The warranty perio d is no t extended when
the warranty has been claimed. This also ap-
plies to replaced and repaired parts. Any
damages and defects already existing at the
time o f purchase must be repo rted immedi-
ately upo n unpacking. Repairs arising after
the expiratio n o f the warranty perio d are
subject to a charge.
W arranty coverage
The device was produced carefully acco rding
to strict quality guidelines and tested diligent-
ly prior to delivery.
The warranty applies to material or factory
defects.
Ex cluded from the w arranty are
w ear parts subject to normal w ear
and damages to fragile parts, e.g.
sw itches, batteries, lamps or other
parts manufactured from glass.
This warranty expires if the product is dam-
aged, not used as intended or not serviced.
For the proper operation of the product, all in-
structions listed in the operating instructions
must be observed carefully. Any fo rm of use
and handling that is advised against in the
operating instructions or warned against
must always be avoided.
The product is only intended for private and
not for commercial use. In the case of incor-
rect and improper treatment, use of force and
interventions not performed by our author-
ised Service Centre, the warranty shall cease.
Handling in case of a w arranty
claim
In o rder to ensure pro mpt pro cessing o f yo ur
matter, please o bserve the fo llo wing no tes:
• Please keep the article number

and the purchase receipt
as a purchase verification for all inquiries.
• The article number can be fo und o n the
rating plate, an engraving, the title
page o f yo ur instructio ns (in the bo tto m
left), o r as a label o n the rear o r under-
side o f the device.
• If faulty o peratio n o r o ther defects o ccur,
first co ntact the Service Centre listed in
the fo llo wing by

• Then, yo u are able to send a pro duct re-
po rted as defective free o f charge to the
service address specified to yo u, includ-
ing the purchase receipt and the info r-
matio n o n the defect and when it
o ccurred.
