dried pulses without soaking them first. You can also save
time with the preparation of chili con carne.
Special features of this program

If you are using dried pulses, note that the maximum
filling level for all ingredients together is the marking
1/2.

Add sufficient water to dried pulses. They must be at
least covered. They absorb a lot of water when they
swell up.

When you have prepared dried pulses, allow them to
cool down slowly before you open the lid. If you re-
lease the steam quickly, foam can escape and block
the valves.
