system to operate the appliance .

the cooking bowl .

damage the outer surfaces of the appliance .
Setting up

Clean all parts of the appliance as described in the section
Cleaning

Unwind the mains cable completely from around the cable retainer and guide
it through the notch on the rim .
♦
Insert the plug into a suitable mains power socket .
The appliance is now ready for use .
Preparations
NOTE
To prevent the shell from bursting open, follow these tips:
►
Take the eggs out of the fridge a few minutes before cooking .
►
Make a hole in the broader end of the eggs with the egg pick . This allows the
air inside the eggs to escape as it expands during cooking .

Place up to 7 eggs on the cooking insert .
♦
Fill the measuring cup with cold tap water up to the MAX marking and tip this
water into the cooking bowl .
♦
Place the cooking insert into the cooking bowl and place the lid on top .
