selected programme lights up permanently.
Preparation of the soup now takes place automat-
ically. The appliance heats and mixes at regular
intervals.
NOTE

You can stop the preparation process at any
time by pressing the START/STOP button

(for about 2 seconds, until you hear a beep).
As soon as the preparation process is complete,
the appliance will stop automatically. The appli-
ance will beep and the relevant programme indica-
tor of the set programme flashes.
8) Remove the plug from the mains power socket
and the connector
from the built-in plug
.
9) Remove the lid
carefully from the blender
jug
and place it to one side.

Hot vapour can escape! We recommend the
use of oven gloves.
You can now serve the soup in bowls or a soup
terrine.
NOTE
►
Clean the appliance after every use (see
section "Cleaning and care"). Otherwise resi-
dues from the previous cooking process that
may be left on the bottom of the container
could burn.
Preparing compote
1) Cut the fruit/vegetables into pieces of around
2 cm and place these in the blender jug
.
2) Fill the blender jug
up to no more than the
MAX - 1600 ml marking with water or other
liquids. Always fill up to at least the MIN -
1300 ml marking!
3) Place the lid
on the blender jug
. Ensure
that the contact plug
in the lid
fits cor-
rectly in the safety socket
.
4) Insert the connector
into the built-in plug
on the appliance.
5) Insert the plug into a mains power socket. You
will hear a beep and the programme indicators
flash.
6) Press the MODE button
repeatedly until the
COMPOTE programme indicator

starts
to flash.
7) Press the START/STOP button

. You will hear
a beep and the COMPOTE programme indica-
tor

flashes.
Preparation of the compote now takes place auto-
matically. The programme runs for 13 minutes.
