Frost protection function
The frost protection function automatically controls
the heating function to keep the room temperature
above 5°C.
1) Insert the plug into a mains power socket.
2) Set the heat level switch
to “1”, “2” or “3”
and the thermostat
to MIN.
The oil radiator will now switch itself on and off to
maintain a temperature of more than 5°C.
Fan heater
You can use the oil radiator as a heating fan:
1) Insert the power plug into a mainswall socket.
2) Switch the heating fan switch
to on, so that
the heating fan control lamp
illuminates.
Hot air will now come out of the heating fan
outlet
into the room.
3) To switch the heating fan off, place the heating
fan switch
to OFF.
The red heating fan indicator lamp
goes out.
Cleaning and care

Allow the appliance to cool down before
cleaning it! Risk of burns!

Remove the plug from the mains power
socket. There is a risk of electric shock!

Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. For
stubborn dirt use a mild detergent on the cloth.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!

Do not use abrasive, aggressive or chemical
cleaning agents! These could damage the
upper surfaces of the appliance.
Storage
■
If you do not intend to use the appliance for a
long period, clean it as described in the section
“Cleaning and care”.

Wrap the power cable around the power cable
retainer
. Secure the end of the cable into the
clip on the power cable retainer
.
■
Store the appliance at a clean and dry location.
Disposal of the appliance
Never dispose of the appliance
in the normal domestic waste.
This product is subject to the
provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance through an approved
disposal centre or at your community waste facility.
Observe the currently applicable regulations for
the disposal of used oil.
Please contact your waste disposal centre if you
are in any doubt.
NOTE

The guidelines regarding the scrapping of
the appliance must be followed! Ask at your
local recycling facility.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an
environmentally friendly way.
