7.3 Replacing the filter
The filter should be replaced regularly for optimal results. Always make sure that
the filter is in place to prevent particles such as dead skin cells or debris from
entering the motor.

7.4 Replacing the O-ring
The O-ring should only be replaced if it is damaged or worn. Always make sure
that the O-ring is in place, otherwise the device will not work properly.

9. Troubleshooting
Some problems may be caused by minor faults that you can fix yourself. To do so,
follow the instructions in the following table. If it is still not possible to resolve the
problem, contact customer service. Do not repair the device yourself.

Possible cause and solution
The device won't
turn on.
Make sure the USB adapter is securely plugged in the
charging cradle, and plugged into a working mains socket
for at least one hour. The battery symbol on the LCD display
should indicate that device is charging. If the battery symbol
does not come on, contact our customer service.
