1. Clean the product with a damp cloth.

8 Storage
All parts must be completely cooled down and dry before being
stored.
• Store the product in a clean and dry place, avoiding heat and
direct sunlight.
• Store the product so that it is not accessible to children.
• Hang the product up on the hanging loop

9 Troubleshooting
Some problems may be caused by minor faults that you can fix
yourself. To do so, follow the instructions in the following table.
If it is still not possible to resolve the problem, contact Customer
Service. Do not repair the product yourself.
Fault Possible cause and solution
The product
does not
operate.
• Make sure the product or mains cord is not
defective. Contact our Customer Service if
the problem persists.
• Make sure the mains cord is properly
connected to a mains socket.
The hair does
not curl.
• The hair is not clean, dry or free of hair
products (except for heat protection
products).
• The curling barrel is not clean.
• The set operating temperature is too low.
Select a higher temperature.
The hair is
singed.
The set operating temperature is too high.
Select a lower temperature.
The hair got
tangled by
incorrect use.
Turn the product off and resist from pulling it
away from the hair. Gently tease the hair out
from the curling chamber until fully released.
