Construction and function
The P 700 T consists of the operating manuals
…
, the main components
…
and the
connections on the valve block
…
. All components are firmly connected to the stable
base plate made of aluminium.
Operating elements:
Hand lever.
Pressure relief valve (rotary knob).
Fine adjustment valve (handwheel).
Seal of reservoir with ventilation.
Main components:
Reservoir.
Pump body with oil return.
Valve block with operating elements and
connections.
Connections:
Connection of reference with dummy plug
for transport.
MINIMESS
®
connection for pressure hose.
Pressure hose with MINIMESS
®
connections.
Function:
The reference and the test sample or the pressure device to be tested (hereafter "test sam-
ple") are connected to the P 700 T.
The pumping is performed by the repeated up-and-down movement of the hand lever. The
pumping movements are transferred to the pistons in the pump body. The hydraulic liquid is
then suctioned from the reservoir and pressed through valves to the test sample.
In the case of correct ventilation, this quickly leads to an increase in pressure. The construc-
tion of the P 700 T means that the same pressure is generated for the test sample as for the
reference.
The pressure is set to the necessary value using the
fine adjustment valve (handwheel).
The handwheel has a wide adjustment range from
"valve block stop collar" to "external stop" .
For storage and transport, the handwheel should be
placed in position .
With the pressure relief valve, the pressure can be re-
lieved into the reservoir.
For the assessment of the test sample, the pressure displayed on the reference is compared
with the measured value of the test sample.
