Windows 2000
If you have Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 (SP4) or
later, the drivers will be installed automatically by the
operating system. No additional driver installation is
needed. Otherwise, follow the instructions in the order in
which they appear.
1.
Boot up Windows. At the Found New Hardware
Wizard, click Cancel.
2.
Insert the driver CD, click Start, Run, type in
X:\USB2\setup206.exe, then click OK. (Change X:
to match the drive letter of your CD-ROM)
3.
Select Yes, I want to restart my computer now, and
click Close.
4. When Windows resumes, the drivers will install
automatically.
Windows XP
If you have Windows XP with Service Pack 1 (SP1) or
later, the drivers will be installed automatically by the
operating system. No additional driver installation is
needed. Otherwise, follow the instructions in the order in
which they appear.
1.
Boot up Windows. At the Found New Hardware
Wizard, click Cancel.
2.
Insert the driver CD, click Start, Run, type in
X:\USB2\setup206.exe, then click OK. (Change X:
to match the drive letter of your CD-ROM)
3.
Click Continue Anyway. Our driver has been
thoroughly tested in Windows for stability.
4.
Select Yes, I want to restart my computer now and
click Close.
