OPERATION

Setting the Temperature

Check the temperature indicated on the knob and 
turn the knob to a temperature close to the desired 
temperature Turn the  knob ring to the left or right to 
set the desired temperature. The temperature can be 
set between 120 °F and 200 °F at 1 °F.

For example, if you set 168 °F

Place the knob at 170 °F. The display shows 
170 °F.

Turn the knob Ring counterclockwise twice 
to set 168 °F. Turn the knob once and 
automatically return to the home position, then

Setting the Cook Time

Check the cook time indicated on the knob and turn 
the knob to a cook time close to the desired cook 
time. Turn the  knob ring to the left or right to set the 
desired cook time. The cook time can be set between 
1 min. and 48 hr at 1 min. 

For example, if you set 43 min
