the next lap.
The new lap is started.
The previous lap time flashes
for 5 sec in the top display
area.
In the top area of the display
you will find all the information
on your 3 target zones or IAT
ranges and the current
percentage value of your heart
frequency related to your maximum heart rate (HR
max.) or IAT.
To start a new lap press the Navigation button
-> NEXT again.

ranges (below and above IAT)
