3.4. Example 4:Generate a Pulse Wave
Generate a pulse wave with 5kHz frequency, 5V high level, -1V low level,
40μs pulse width and 20ns delay.
Steps:
Set the frequency.
1. Press Pulse
→ Freq and choose Freq, which will display in white color.
2. Input
‘5’ from the keyboard and choose the unit ‘kHz’. The frequency is
set to be 5 kHz.
Set the high level
1. Press Ampl and choose the HLevel which will display in white color.
2. Input
‘5’ from the keyboard and choose the unit ‘V’. The high level is set
to be 5V.
Set the low level
1. Press Offset and choose the LLevel which will display in white color.
2. Input
‘-1’ from the keyboard and choose the unit ‘V’. The low level is set to
be -1V.
Set the pulse width
1. Press PulWidth and choose PulWidth which will display in white color.
2. Input
‘40’ from the keyboard and choose the unit ‘μs’. The pulse width is
set to be 40μs.
