Battery Level Limits
Monitoring is stopped, and the system turns off automatically if the
battery state of charge falls to the BAT EMPTY level. For automatic
restart of monitoring, a higher level or external power is needed.
The reason for this shut-down mechanism is to prevent data loss and to
protect the batteries from permanent damages.

If one of the two batteries is removed, the indicated SOC level will be
halved and the warning message “BATTERY LOST” will be
communicated.
If the SOC level of the two batteries differs more than 15%, the warning
message “UNBALANCED” will be communicated.
Service messages are sent when the SOC level falls below the BAT LOW
or BAT CRITICAL levels.
For replacement of the backup battery, send the instrument to Sigicom.
