12” (305 mm) vertical length (measured to center of vent pipe) with a 90 degree bend and a 12” (305
mm) horizontal length (measured from center of vent pipe)

A maximum of 4
– 90 degree bends can be used on the vertical installation with the flex vent. The maximum
height for this vent configuration is 34’ (10363 mm) and the minimum height is 4’ (1200 mm), the maximum
horizontal run is a total of 20’ (6096mm).When fastening the flex vent to the termination and to the unit use a
minimum of 3 #
8 x ½” hex head sheet metal screws
on the 4” vent and a minimum of 4 - # 8 x ½” hex head
sheet metal screws on the 7” vent.
