is an innovative
programme that is designed to refresh
laundry and remove odours (e.g. the
smell of cigarettes and kitchen odours).
Sweaty fabrics must be washed.

Drum Clean
î
The cleaning programme, combined with an active oxygen phase
followed by a wash programme using standard washing powder,
thoroughly cleans and cares for the drum and outer tub, and elim-
inates odours.
Run the programme, e.g.:

Before using the appliance for the first time,
■
If you regularly wash at low temperatures (40 °C or lower) or
■
If you have been away for an extended period and odours
have built up.

not used a programme at 60 °C or higher for a long time.

Run the programme without laundry.
■
Use standard washing powder or a detergent that contains
bleach. To prevent foaming, only use half the amount of
detergent recommended by the detergent manufacturer. Do
not use detergents intended for woollens or delicates.
