7.3 Installing and removing hardware

Installation

1. Place the HDD/SSD onto the base plate.

Observe the recess position shown when

installing an SDD. The SSD interfaces

should be located opposite the recess.

2. Insert the new HDD/SSD into the enclo-

sure.
Take care that the nameplate is on top.

Slide the HDD/SSD into the enclosure

until you can see the mounting holes.

3. Turn in the marked screws.

4. Insert the cover into the enclosure.

Turn in the marked screws.
