Device expansion and parameter assignment

6.1

Open the device.

Requirement

●

The device is disconnected from the power supply.

●

All cables have been disconnected from the device.

●

The device has been removed from the control cabinet.

●

A T10 screwdriver

Procedure – Opening the 7" and 9" single-touch devices

Note
The drive is located on the underside of the device cover.

•

Carefully open the device.

•

You cannot set the device cover down because of the connecting cable of the drive.

•

You first have to pull out the connection plug in order to completely remove the device

cover.

•

Read the information in section "Replacing the drive (Page 82)".

Remove the marked screws

Open the device cover at the back

and set it and the drive vertically

against the device wall. Lay the

cover aside.
Notice: Connection plug and board

could be damaged.

•

Ensure that the device cover

does not fall down.

•

Remove the connection plug

from the drive.
