Hardware requirements - CPUs
Only the following CPU that can be configured in PCS neo can be used as local CPU of the
communication module:
•
CPU 4168-H
as of firmware version V4.0
Note
Keep the firmware version of the communications modules up to date
Check regularly for security updates of the firmware and use them.

Software requirements - Configuration
Software for configuration and online functions
To configure and use the CP's full scope of functions, the following configuration tool is
required:
PCS neo version
Function of the CP
PCS neo V4.0
The full functionality of the CP can be configured with the
functions of the firmware version according to Preface
(Page 3). You can find more detailed information in the
"Released modules" documentation of PCS neo.
