Position Monitoring
Valve position monitoring is provided as follows:
Ventilation Dampers
Position switches (ZS16 and ZS17) monitor the enclosure ventilation dampers to ensure they are
in the Open position. Position switches (ZS76 and ZS99) indicate when the enclosure ventilation
dampers are in the Closed position.
Isolation Valve
Position switches (ZS384 and ZS235) monitor the C0
2
Isolation valve in the Open and Closed
positions respectively.
Fire Extinguishant Bottles
Position Switches (ZS749 and ZS748) monitor the ’Initial’ C0
2
second bottle and first bottle low
contents respectively.
Position Switches (ZS751 and ZS750) monitor the ’Reserve’ C0
2
second bottle and first bottle low
contents respectively.
