Setting the time

When the batteries are inserted, "12:00" flashes
on the display screen.

With the appliance on, the present time currently
set can be displayed by pressing the
"Temp / Time" h/°C.button.
The present time is then displayed on the digital
screen for a period of 5 seconds with the two
dots flashing, Fig. 10. If the appliance is off, then
only the time appears.

The time can only be adjusted when the
appliance is plugged in and the time display has
been selected on the screen. To set the time,
use the and .buttons. Each time one of
these buttons is pressed the present time is put
forwards or back one minute. The present time
can be altered continuously by keeping these
buttons pressed in. The figures flash on the
display until they have been confirmed by
pressing any button except and . The signal
is then sent to the appliance.
Warning!
If the appliance has been disconnected from
the electricity supply for a number of hours and
the green light flashes on and off when plugged
back in again, the remote control and the
appliance can be re-synchronised by pressing
the ON / OFF button.

(To turn air conditioning on and off automatically).
Then the timer can be programmed to turn the air
conditioning on and off at set times – regardless of
whether the air conditioning is working at the time
of setting or not.
