Removing the appliance
WARNING ‒ Risk of injury!
Components inside the appliance may have sharp
edges.
▶
Wear protective gloves.
1.
Cover the hob to prevent damage.
2.
Press the button on the remote control.
The appliance moves down as far as it will go.
3.
Place a scissor lift table or another suitable device
under the appliance.
Do not place the scissor lift table on the hob.
4.
Move the scissor lift table up until the tension on the
appliance cables is removed.

Position the appliance on the scissor lift table so
that the appliance is on the frame.
¡
In order not to damage the grease filters, do not
set the appliance down on the grease filters.
5.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
6.
To protect against scratches, place the spacer on
the appliance.
7.
Carefully loosen the screws on the frame cover.
Do not use any tools.
Note:
In order to prevent damage to the limit switch,
ensure that lock nuts do not fall into the opening in
the appliance.
8.
Place the frame cover down carefully.
9.
Open the cable cover at the side using a screw-
driver.
10.
Remove the cable on the appliance from the ter-
minal plug and the strain relief.

ATTENTION!
There is a risk of damage to the appli-
ance if the cable is coiled up.

Always secure the cable firmly using the strain
relief so that it does not coil up fully in the appli-
ance.

12.
Remove the on-site cable from the terminal plug
and remove the protective tube.

Loosen the four cable clamps.
