INSTALLATION
Refer to Figure 1 for typical Trim Kit installation.
1.
Drill eight 3/16”dia. holes in the FHA2035 or FHA2036 backbox, drilling
from the outside to the inside in the eight locations indicated by dimples
on the top, bottom and sides of the backbox.
2.
Cut the necessary hole in the wall for the FHB2001 or FHB2002 enclosure.
3.
Fasten each trim piece to the backbox as shown in Figure 1. Using the 6/32
x 3/8” screws and washers provided, place the head of each screw inside
the enclosure and fasten it to the trim piece.
4.
Secure the panel in the recess. Refer to the FHB2001-U1/-R1 and
FHB2002-U1/-R1 Installation Instructions, P/N A6V10335922.
The Trim Kit is designed so that steps 2 and 3 of this procedure can be reversed.
