The strobe should be mounted 200 mm away from roof for ease the installation.
Steps:
1.
Break out the cable entry at the bottom of base.
2.
Connect DC 24 V power cable to the terminal“

” (see Fig. 1 & 2 & 9). Pay at-
tention to polarity!
3.
Select tone via DIP switch (see Fig. 10).
4.
Press the top and push out to remove cover (see Fig. 3& 4).
5.
Take out 2 screws from the back side (see Fig. 5).
6.
Mount the base plate on a wall with the 2 screws (see Fig. 6).
7.
Insert the cover bottom to the base first and then push top until close tightly (see
Fig. 7 & 8).
It would not cause any damage if inversed connected as the
FDS181C
is inversed
wired protection, but it will not work until the connection is correct.
