3.2.2 

Switching on the device

To switch on:

Briefly press Start/Stop key

➜

 

To switch off

Press Start/Stop key > 1s

Each time the device is switched on, it carries out a SELF-TEST which can take up to
30 seconds. The following are checked:

LED function (visual check by user)

RAM test

-

 

ROM test

-

 

Performance check

When the self-test has been successfully completed, the device switches automatically
to the last measurement mode used.

3.2.3 

Resetting the device

In the event of faults or if the device malfunctions, it can be reset to a defined state.
The reset can be carried out as follows:

Switch the device off and then on again or

Remove the battery cassette

➜

 

Press keys simultaneously
