Commissioning
Check if the operating data correspond to the values stated on the rating plate. Do not modify
the Sync transceiver in any way.
q
Snap the mounting device of the Sync transceiver onto a DIN rail.
q
Connect the Sync signal to terminals “Sync-” and “Sync-Output -”.
q
Connect the FO channel to the receive diode
using the F-SMA screw-type
terminal. Please tighten the F-SMA screw-type terminal carefully; in other cases, you may
destroy the thread.
q
Connect the auxiliary voltage to terminals L+ and L-.
q
Do not energize the auxiliary voltage of the transceiver until the Sync signal and the
desired signal outputs are connected.
q
The Sync-Transceiver is ready to operate as soon as the auxiliary voltage is energized.
