8. Troubleshooting
In case of a malfunction, do not open the unit or try to repair it under any circumstances.

Problem
Solution
The window sash is pushed in a horizontal direction
during release
Stabilise the window sash using a restrictor in accordance with
the figure
The window sash is pushed in a horizontal direction
during locking
Stabilise the window sash using a restrictor in accordance with
the figure
The window sash is elevated during locking
Stabilise the window sash using a restrictor in accordance with
the figure
The handle cannot be switched into turn position (handle
horizontal).
Adjust the DRIVE axxent DK as shown.
When operated manually, the handle cannot be set
vertically in the locking position.
