  OPERATION 

 

Notes: This is a 12V DC compressor and can only be used on a 12V car or truck battery, do      
            not attempt to use the compressor on any other voltage. 
 
Safety: Compressed air is dangerous, keep children away and take care with tools and   
             accessories. Do not direct air towards any person. Safety glasses should be worn. 
 
1) Check that the compressor is switched off at #5. 
 
2) Check that the water drain is closed at #7. 
 
3) Check that the compressor has oil and the air filter is fitted. 
 
4) Close the air valve or disconnect any air tools. 
 
5) Connect the power cables to the 12V battery. RED (+) and BLACK (-). 
 
6) Switch the compressor on at #5. 
 
7) Allow the compressor to fill the tank and it will switch off, you can now use the compressor    
    and it will switch on and off automatically to keep the tank full. 
 
8) When done using the compressor switch off the compressor at #5 and then only  
    disconnect the power cables. 
 

 

  

MAINTENANCE 

 
 

After the first 5 hours use change the oil – replace with clean engine oil at #1 and #2. Check 
that all bolts and fittings are tight. 
 
Once a week drain the water from the tank at #7. 
 
Every 50 hours change the oil – replace with clean engine oil at #1 and #2 
 
Blow out the air filter every 2 to 3 months depending on use #3. 
 

 

 
 
 
 
  

Warranty: This product is covered by a 12 month warranty. Excludes reverse connection, impact damage, water 
ingress, damage from misuse or modification, damage from old or contaminated oil. Return the product with a copy of 
the original invoice and detailed description of the problem to original place of purchase.
