ご使用前に必ず取扱説明書をお読みください。

本製品の接続・取り付け・設定は、訓練を受けた技術者が行って下さい。

本製品は EU 機械指令の要件を満たす安全コンポーネントではありません。

UL:NFPA79 に準拠した用途においてのみご使用ください。この装置は 30V
DC 用の 1 A ヒューズによって保護されるものとします。UL 規格によってリ
ストアップされた接続ケーブル付きのアダプターを使用できます。

使用開始前に、湿気や汚れから機器を保護して下さい。

本取扱説明書には、センサのライフサイクル中に必要となる情報が記載されて
います。

用途

WTx23-2 とは反射形光電スイッチ (以下センサと呼ぶ) で、物体、動物または人物
などを光学技術により非接触で検知するための装置です。製品を用途以外の目的
で使用したり改造したりした場合は、SICK AG に対する一切の保証請求権が無効
になります。

使用開始

WT23-2、WTB23-2: 背景抑制機能を備えた反射形光電センサ: 使用条件を確認
してください: 検出範囲および対象物または背景への距離、ならびに対象物の
反射率を、対応する図 [H を参照] に従って調整します (x = 検出範囲、y = 設定
した検出範囲と検出範囲の % としての背景抑制との間の移行距離 (対象物反
射率 / 背景反射率))。反射率: 6 % = 黒

、18 % = グレー

、 90 % = 白

背景抑制のための最低必要距離 (= y) は図 [H を参照] から以下のように算出
することができます:
例: x = 400 mm、y = 30% => 30% (400 mm = 120 mm のうち)。つまり背景
がセンサからの距離が 520 mm より大きい場合に抑制されます。
WTE23-2: 使用条件に従ってください: 対応する図 [H を参照] に従って、検出
距離および対象物の反射率を調整します(x = 検出距離、y = 動作余裕度)。
その際、背景前の対象物は、対象物の反射率が背景の反射率よりも著しく大き
いか、または対象物と背景の間の距離が十分にある場合のみ検出することがで
きます。
