Additional notes
•
The ETH2-3 connections with PoE Out can be used to connect to picoCam and
midiCam family cameras and SICK LiDAR sensors as well as a PC or network.
•
The relevant drivers are implemented in the SIM1004 to enable usage of the SICK
picoCam and midiCam camera families.
Important:

Up to and including SIM1012 firmware version 1.x.x, only first generation
picoCam and midiCam cameras are supported.

For SIM1012 firmware version 2.x.x and above, only picoCam2 and midi‐
Cam2 cameras as well as third party GigE Vision compatible cameras are
supported.

Transmission rate: max. 1 Gb/s
