A SIBRAPE IND. E COM. DE EQUIP. AQUA. E DE FILT. LTDA. assures the owner/consumer of this equipment, a total
warranty of 12 (twelve) months, consisting of: 275 days of contractual warranty, in addition to the 90 days of legal
warranty, from the date of delivery of the product, as expressed in the purchase invoice.
This product is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. The warranty is characterized by the sales invoice.
Defects resulting from:
• Product used inappropriately, recklessly or outside the recommendations of Sibrape or an authorized
workshop;
• Repair or alteration by third parties/companies other than Sibrape or authorized workshops;
• Installation incorrectly and contrary to this Manual;
• Natural wear from normal operating conditions;
• Use of corrosive or abrasive fluids not provided for in the equipment design;
• Damage caused by improper transport, falls, etc.;
• Disassembly of the equipment, during the warranty period, without the presence
of a Sibrape representative, except when authorized in writing;
• It is subjected to conditions beyond the limits specified in its technical description;
• Water infiltration and/or natural phenomena (overload and/or atmospheric discharge);
• Improper use or user negligence in installation and operation;
• Damage resulting from poor installation, incorrect electrical sizing, lack of protection devices or
incorrect electrical connection of the product;
