4 Safety regulations
In this dossier you are provided with complete technical documents which assures you that this product is in
full accordance with the safety regulations existing now.
Careful examining and testing has allowed us to fully appreciate all risks which might occur while using the
product, when used correctly , to be able to set out clear instructions for a proper use. All
Requirements have been met, such requirements have been requested by legislative directives and have
been fully adhered to . In order to carry out correctly the instructions set out by a directive for a product, two
conditions are necessary:

that the product is within this field of application;
−
the product has the risks mentioned in the directive.

The product in question falls within the field of application of the Low Tension Directive 73/23/CEE applied in
Italy under Law 791/77, as some of its components are within the definition set out in Article 1:
"
The provision of the current law applies to the electrical material to be used at a normal tension between 50
to 1.000 Volt in alternated power ad between 75 and 1.500 Volt of continuous power, with the following
exceptions:
a) electrical material to be used in open areas where there is the risk of explosion
b) electrical material for radiology for clinical use;
c) electrical parts of elevators and goods hoist lift;
d) electric counter meters;
