decrease NTF (No Trouble Found) return repair goods
Tools: CPU, VGA card, DDR Memory, Power Supply Unit.
Type of situation: 1. System boot failure
2. System unstable
3. System incompatibility
System won’t boot

Clear CMOS jumper will reset previous BIOS setting to the default.
Change CPU,memory modules, VGA card and power supply unit for testing.
Explanation:
Why change CPU?
Customer(s) might have inserted a processor which is already damaged, or that does
not meet the specification of the chipset layout design.
Example:
1. When using a FSB 1333MHz of processor on a system/motherboard it can only
support FSB 800/1066 processor.
2. Systems like SD32 and SS30 does not support FSB 800/1066 processor due to
the VRM (Voltage Regulator Module) design or others, they can only support FSB
800/1066 of processor.
Why change memory module(s)?
End user has inserted a memory module(s) which is already damaged. Chip on
memory module(s) were not met by the specification of the chipset.
Example:
1. Some memory module like DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600, user may need to add
extra voltage in the BIOS in order to provide sufficient voltage for DDR3
