System can be mounted on left- or right-side hinge.
System is a "push-to-open" type opener.

Verify that 100' extension cable

is long enough to connect
trickle charger to control box.
●
Routing extension through conduit is recommended.
●
Use a weatherproof outlet cover or box to protect trickle
charger.
●
If livestock can come into contact with gate when fully open
or closed, gate should be positioned near a sturdy post or
fence to prevent damage to bracketry. A stop bracket

and
stop plate

are included for closed position if gate closes
adjacent to post but does not make contact.
Locate components in desired mounting locations.
