Compact Power Lightset MKII
Control Modes
There are 6 modes:
Built-in programs
Auto Run
Static Color
Sound-controlled
Master/Slave
DMX-512 (2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 14 or 15 CH)
One Compact Power Lightset (Auto Run, Built-in programs, Static Color)
01)
Fasten the effect light onto firm trussing or place it on the floor. Leave at least 0,5 meter on all sides
for air circulation.
02)
Always use a safety cable (ordercode 70140 / 70141).
03)
Plug the end of the electric mains power cord into a proper electric power supply socket.
04)
When the Compact Power Lightset is not connected by a DMX-cable, it functions as a stand-alone
device. Please see pages 14-16 for more information about the built-in programs, auto run mode or
static color.
One Compact Power Lightset (
Sound-control
)
01)

When the Compact Power Lightset is not connected by a DMX-cable, it functions as a stand-alone

Turn on the music. If the device is set to sound-control, then the Compact Power Lightset will react
to the beat of the music. Please see page 15 for more information about the Sound-controlled
mode.
Multiple Compact Power Lightsets (Master/Slave control)
01)
Fasten the effect light onto firm trussing or place it on the floor. Leave at least 0,5 meter on all sides
for air circulation.
02)
Always use a safety cable (ordercode 70140 / 70141).
03)
Plug the end of the electric mains power cord into a proper electric power supply socket.
04)
Use a 3-p XLR cable to connect the Compact Power Lightsets and other devices.

Link the units as shown in Fig. 02, connect a DMX signal cable from the first unit's DMX "out" socket to
the second unit's "in" socket. Repeat this process to link the second and third units. You can use the
same functions on the master device as described on pages 14-16 (Sound controlled, Manual
control, Auto run, Built-in Programs). This means you can set your desired operation mode on the
master device and all slave devices will react the same as the master device.
