This machine is designed to protect dust collector from spark ingression. In order to use
safely without any trouble for a long time while contributing high performance, read this
operation manual fully. Keep this manual at designated place for easy access when
necessary.
Consider the weight of the machine when installing and transferring.
Dropping and falling equipment may result breakage or personnel injury.
1. Install this machine on flat and vibration-free place.
Failing to do so may cause excessive vibrations, falling or water leak.
2. Do not install this machine in hazardous chemical areas. Corrosive gases
generated from hydrochloric and sulfuric acid corrode the main unit or
components.
3. Water must be always in dust box while operation.
4. Keep in mind for check dust accumulation degree in the box and discard dust
on a regular basis. Before discarding dust or checking the box inside, be sure
to shut down the power supply of dust collector.
5. Clean inside of pipes and ducts regularly. Accumulation of sucked objects
cause a risk of fire.
6. Connect flameproof duct.
7. Never suck the following objects as a risk of explosion and fire could result.
Flammable gas like gasoline or thinner
Explosive dust like aluminum, carbon or starch
Securely fasten the flexible duct to suction/discharge opening and inlet of dust
collector with hose band.
Identify the suction and discharge opening by the arrow mark indicated on the
top of machine.
The length of duct in between discharge opening and dust collector is desirable to
be as short as possible. Longer the duct is bigger resistance and lowers the suction
force.
