Assemble the long brace tubes the same way as the short ones. Place a 3/8 flat washer on a 3/8 X 3
3/4 hex bolt and insert in the hole on the winch post from the inside of the hoist out. Add a 2” aluminum
washer to the bolt and then place the brace tube over the bolt and secure with a flange lock nut. Attach
the other end of the brace tube by placing a flat washer over a 3/8 X 3 3/4 hex bolt insert into the brace
tube and out the other side. Apply a 2” aluminum washer and insert thru the lower frame tube in the
second hole away from the winch post and secure with
a flange lock nut.
On the other post place the
channel bracket and align
holes with holes in the top of
the post so the channel is
aligned with the winch post, in
the top hole insert a 3/8 X 2 3/4
carriage bolt from the inside of the hoist out and secure with a flange locknut. In the lower hole insert a
3/8 X 4 carriage bolt from the inside out slide the brace tube over the bolt and secure with flange lock
nut. Place a flat washer on a 3/8 X 3 3/4 hex bolt and insert into the bottom of the brace tube add a 2”
aluminum washer and thru the second hole away from the corner post in the lower frame tube and
secure with a flange lock nut.
