Feline LS Exam Table
Typical table orders will arrive in two containers, one box containing the table base
weighing up to 175 lbs (80 kg) and another containing the table top weighing up to 50 lbs
(23 kg), weights vary.
Enlist help and USE SAFE LIFTING PRACTICES during assembly, installation and
moving equipment.
Keep hands clear of possible pinch areas during installation, which if not avoided,
could result in MINOR to MODERATE INJURY.
Stainless steel panels have sharp edges, stay clear of and DO NOT TOUCH exposed
edges which, if not avoided, could result in MINOR to MODERATE INJURY.
STEP 1:
Remove the table from the shipping material and locate near its preferred
destination, leaving enough space to install the top. Note the location of the foot
operated pedal for orientation and accessibility.
STEP 2:
Remove the top from its shipping material, align the four mounting holes
with the table base mounting plate holes.
STEP 3:
Move the table to its desired location. Use the adjustable feet to level the table
from side-to-side and back-to-front to compensate for flooring imperfections.
Do NOT lift or move the unit by its table top. Support and move the table by the base
using enough personnel and safe lifting procedures.
Always maintain full control of patients when using the table or its operable functions.
Failure to do so could result in SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH.
STEP 4:
Use the foot operated pedal to test the up and down functions of the table:
A:
Raise the table top by partially depressing the foot operated pedal, repeating to
gradually raise the top.
B:
Depress and hold the foot operated pedal to lower the table surface.
