Heater burnout alarm and Actuator short circuit alarm use Event output terminals 
for their outputs. 
Alarm 1 and Loop break alarm (LA option) use common output terminals. 
If Heating/Cooling control output (DC option) is applied, Event output terminals 
are used as a cooling output. Therefore, Heater burnout alarm/Actuator short 
circuit alarm cannot be outputted.
