Maintenance and care
1. Remove all nuts and bolts securing cutters to frame bar.
2. Remove
cutters.
3. Hold a cutter in a vice.
4. File and reshape the cutter edges as shown.
5. If frame bar is deformed or damaged, replace with new one.
(A):10 mm radius
(B):100° (Approx.)
(C):30°
(D):45°
If the cutting blades overlap one another and are difficult to be
sharpened, move them as explained below.
1. Remove the grommet next to the spanner mark shown at the
bottom of the gear case. (The gear shaft is with 9-millimeter-
long M5 thread.)
2. Install a M5 cap screw to the gear shaft. Move the blades by
turning the screw together with the gear shaft using a L-
wrench.
3. Reinstall the grommet upon finishing sharpening the blades.
Push the grommet all the way in. Otherwise, it may come up
and fall off while the machine is in use.
IMPORTANT
Do not remove the blunt extension.If necessary, Please consult
your dealer.
