Amperage fluctuates based upon the winding temperature. Following is for reference only.

(2) Resistance Value
Nominal resistance of the winding is tolerated within ± 10% at 20
℃
of the ambient temperature.
The resistance must be measured by low resistance tester. It can not be measured by
multi-purpose tester due to index error.

Measure the resistance among the U-W by the low ohm tester. Each shall be 0.16 x 4=0.65Ω.
