Secure the upper bracket while using the SHIMANO original tool to make the upper bracket and lower
bracket parallel.

Install the SHIMANO original tools as shown in the figure.

Check that the SHIMANO original tool is making firm and even contact with the contact surfaces of the
upper bracket and lower bracket, then secure the upper bracket.
(2)
The battery cannot be retained properly unless the upper bracket and lower bracket are parallel.
Adjust the SHIMANO original tool so that it is making firm and even contact with the contact
surfaces of the lower bracket.
