LEDs
The modem has got two leds: red and green. The should behave as follow:

Intialization of modem
Correct modes initialization
Correct GPRS connection
Slow flashing (around 1 / s)
Fast flashing (around 1 / 3 s)
Fast flashing (around 3 / s)
Slow flashing (around 1 / 5 s)
Normal flashing (around 1 / 2 s)
Fast flashing (around 1 / s)
RED LED
GREEN LED
TECHNICAL ISSUES
In case LEDs behave differently than described above:
LED
Red: any other way of flashing than
described above
Green: LED is not lighting
Green: LED is lighting constantly
Green: LED is flashing correctly
but no data exchange

Check if inserted SIM card
needs providing the PIN,
Check if inserted SIM card
is topped up,
Check if inserted SIM card
has active service of „static IP”
Check if the program has been properly

Modem Modbus RTU configuration
should be checked
