Toasting 

You can get perfectly toasted bread and snacks with the convection oven without preheating. 
Simply put the food directly on the wire rack, turn the temperature to maximum and watch it 
toast. It will be crisp on the outside and stay soft on the inside. 

You can also improve stale snack foods like crackers, chips and even cookies by placing them in 
the fryer for a few minutes at maximum temperature to bring back their crunchiness. 

 

MAINTENANCE 

 
Regular maintenance of your appliance will keep it safe and in proper operational order. 
 

Before Cleaning 

When not in use or before cleaning, always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply. 
Always wait until the parts have completely cooled before cleaning them. 
 

Cleaning 

CAUTION: To prevent damage to the appliance do not use harsh solvents, alkaline cleaning 
agents, abrasive cleansers or scouring agents of any kind when cleaning. 

 
Remove the parts from the appliance for cleaning. Do not immerse the appliance or supply cord 
in water. 
Remove any loose food residue from the cooking pot and wipe out with a paper towel. 

Wash accessories and cooking pot in warm, soapy water then rinse and dry.  
If scrubbing is necessary use a nylon brush. Do not use steel wool or abrasive material. 
The cooking pot, racks, Rotisserie fork and Baking Cage can also be safely washed in the 

dishwasher.  
Regularly clean the outside of the appliance with a soft damp cloth and wipe dry with a dry 
towel.  

To clean fan cover unplug the appliance and cool completely. Wipe top of fan cover with a 
Soapy damp cloth or sponge to remove any grease. 
 

Self-Cleaning 

For self-cleaning, add half inch of water with mild detergent. Close the head/lid. 
Set the temperature to 60

o

C, set the timer for 15 min and allow residue to soften as it heats. 

Unplug and allow to cool completely before continuing to clean. 

 

Damage Check 

Always check that the appliance is in good working order and that all removable parts are 

secure. Check the power supply cord and plug regularly for cuts or damage. 
 

Store in a Safe Place 

When not in use store your appliance and all its accessories and instruction manual in a safe 

and dry place.
