INTRODUCTION

The Sharper Image Portable Gym gives you a robust workout for your arms, legs, core and other muscle 
groups in the comfort and privacy of your home. The adjustable resistance bands make it ideal for users of 
all fitness levels to support a healthy, active lifestyle. 

SET-UP 

STEP 1:

 Unfold the base. Be careful not to pinch fingers.

STEP 2: 

Connect resistance bands to the locks on the base. 

NOTE:

 

There are 5 locks on each side to adjust 

the tension of the resistance bands.

STEP 3:

 Put the straps on your ankles or wrists.

STEP 4:

 Connect and tighten the 2 workout bars.

STEP 5:

 Stand on the base.

STEP 6:

 Using the workout guide below, you can stretch and exercise the muscles you wish to target.

STEP 7:

 Adjust the tension by routing the resistance band through more or fewer locks. (Resistance bands 

cross the locks to increase tension).

STEP 8:

 When your workout is over, slide the base under a bed or sofa for easy storage.
