STRAWBERRY SUPREME

(SERVES 1)

Ingredients

1 pint of strawberries, washed, trimmed halved and frozen
1 tablespoon balsamic reduction (not frozen)

Preparation

1. Slice strawberries into halves and place them in the freezer for 5 to 12 hours.

2. When the strawberries are frozen, remove them from the freezer and allow them to thaw for 10-

15 minutes.

3. Toss strawberries in a bowl with balsamic reduction.

4. Place ingredients into the chute and push through with food plunger.
