EXTREME BANANA CREAM

(SERVES 1)

Ingredients

2 frozen ripe bananas, peeled and sliced into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoon vanilla yogurt (not frozen)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (not frozen)

Preparation

1. Slice fruits into small pieces and place them in the freezer for 5 to 12 hours.

2. When the fruits are frozen, remove them from the freezer and allow them to thaw for 10-15

minutes.

3. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.

4. Place all ingredients into the chute and push through with food plunger.
