Sending an E-mail Message or an Internet Fax

You can also send the message to one
or more fax recipients. Press the
number keys to enter a fax number,
and then press the
ENTER
key.
Repeat if desired to enter further fax
numbers. (Max. 32 digits per fax
number; combined maximum of 20
fax numbers and e-mail addesses.)
•
The subject and message you enter
in the following steps will be sent
as a cover sheet of the fax.
•
A fax number can be entered even
if you don’t scan in a document. In
this case, just the cover sheet will
be sent as the fax.

When you have finished entering the
address, press the
ENTER key.

A semicolon appears after the
address.
•
If you want to send the message to
more than one e-mail recipient,
repeat steps 3 and 4 for each
recipient. (Max. 10 addresses.)
