Check that solder of the IC5003 (32MB flash memory) is not wet. Replace the IC5003 (flash memory) or re- upgrade version of the soft.
Check which is the cause, the PC PWB or Main PWB. (Disconnect SC5102/P5003 and check impedance of Gnd-3.3V is about 8.9k
